For the love of things that grow....

Ah, can't sleep again. So here i am about to babble about the lunacy wandering around in my mind. Well, it's been almost a month since i've gone cold turkey on the processed foods, fast food and basically foods that are really bad for you. It's been kind of hard on the old pocket book cuz buying organic sure as hell isn't cheap. Especially when it comes to produce, i still buy normal produce, organic herbs mostly is what i do buy. One day i did have a whole day where i ate nothing but junk. I had mall "cajun food" and i think it was real greasy pizza or something later on, but that night man my stomach was killing me and giving me such fucking problems.
I will say though, for the last like 3 or 4 months i've had real bad heartburn. I mean it would last all day, i'd be popping tums like it was candy! I haven't had to take so many Tums since i was last pregnant! But the last few weeks my heartburn has almost completely disappeared without the help of Tums.
I think the hemp oil i've been taking has helped with that, but more on that later.

My new favorite store is Vitamin Cottage though. Geez, you walk into that place and it just smells healthy, its weird. Haven't really gone to King Soopers or Safeway all that much, and when i do i buy the organic products. I did go to King Soopers yesterday though cuz their butter was on sale for $1.77, when the organic butter everywhere else is around $5. I compromise on some things, but i read labels like mad now, even on some of the organic stuff, there are still some things i see that shouldn't be in the product.
Like the Seventh Generation Laundry Soap. In the description it still calls it a detergent, and on the ingredients it still has sodium chloride in it. That's fucking TABLE SALT!! I'm sorry but table salt has no place in my soap to wash my clothes.
I've been plant crazy lately too. In the picture above it's my cute little herb garden i bought on Thursday. i'm such a geek, i'm all gitty about it! It all started with Valentines Day when justin offered to buy me something of my choosing as my Valentines gift, and i had wanted a plant in the house for a few days cuz it has been incredibly stuffy in our house lately.
So we went to king soopers and picked one out.
After the first day of having it in the house it made me feel so much better, i dunno why it's the craziest thing! So over the coarse of the next 3 days i bought 3 more plants to have in the house.
I started reading up on how to take care of them and i got curious on how to care for indoor herbs cuz i remember last summer King Soopers selling Rosemary plants.
So on Thursday when i was doing my weekly grocery shopping at Sunflower Farmers Market, they had a whole table of house plants, and herb gardens and i got all excited, so i bought an herb garden.
It's great i love it already, the strong scent of the rosemary is so intoxicating i love it! It's a trio of "Tuscany flavors" rosemary, thyme and sage.
I also bought hemp oil as well and have been using it in my cooking as well as taking a tablespoon of it everyday as a super food. I do feel a lot better about myself i'll tell ya what. I have mental clarity, i don't feel as tired anymore, i don't take my afternoon naps as much as i use to. Even if i hadn't worked the night before i would still crash at like one or two in the afternoon and nap for an hour or two.
I think it's cuz i haven't drank any Pepsi in about a month now, i don't crash from all the sugar from the two cans i had already drank throughout the day.
Now i haven't given up soda completely. I have too much of a sweet tooth to cut it out completely.
I've been buying the natural soda that doesn't use high fructose corn syrup in it and all that other shit Coke and Pepsi use. I've been buying Jones Soda, Hansen's Natural Soda. I really like the Jones Soda, and they have so many different crazy flavors. Justin and me have been drinking Vitamin Water like crazy too. Which i also love, Vitamin Water kicks ass! I read lately that Coca-Cola bought out Vitamin Water, so only time will tell if Coca-Cola will fuck up the all natural quality of the Vitamin Water products. So far so good, but i have my eye on you Coke!
Thanx to the Calben Pure Soap i've been using my skin isn't so itchy anymore. Of coarse after i blogged in here the last time about my pimples clearing up, like the next day i broke out with a huge pimple on my forehead! but i did buy some homeopathic acne gel that is working very, very well. It has kind of a funky "natural" smell to it, but hey, it's working!
I've also been drinking a shit load of tea lately too, and also a lot more water. I bought my Berkey Lite Water filter which is awesome to have. This fucking water filtration system is so strong you can filter lake water if you needed to and you'd have fresh clean water!
I made the decision to turn my Federal Reserve dollars into gold and silver. I own some precious metals now, and i'm real excited about it. Gold went up the last few days to $980, which is good for investors in gold, but bad for the US dollar cuz that just shows how hard and fast the dollar is falling. Which in all reality is pretty fucking scary.
ok, now i think i'm getting sleepy. Until next time... see ya...

Barack Obama -- 2009 Pakistan War

This if for the people that keep compairing Barack Obama to JFK. Obama is NOT JFK, and never will be. (Sorry of the cheesy Terminator music :-P)

The Providential Detection (1797–1800).
In this lithograph Thomas Jefferson kneels at the altar of despotism as an American eagle tries to prevent him from burning the Constitution in a fire fueled by radical writings. Jefferson's letter to Philip Mazzei, in which he allegedly criticized John Adams and George Washington, falls from his right hand.
COURTESY, AMERICAN ANTIQUARIAN SOCIETY.
What I monitored yesterday, Super Tuesday, the outcome was what i had expected. I said from the very beginning it was gonna be Hillary and Obama, and nobody believed me. Not even my own brother, who we seem to agree on most things. John McCain was kind of a surprise, but looking at what the Clintons have said about him, and what McCain has said about the Clintons i can see the white canvas showing some color now.
But somehow the overwhelming feeling of just pure disgust has begun to boil inside me. The illusion of choice and change, like a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat.
And the propaganda continues....and the Constitution continues to burn....

I'm a granola now....

Well, here i am up a five in the morning not being able to sleep again. Agh! I hate this shit!
Well since i can't sleep i thought now would be a good time to blog about my recent discoveries that i'm completely shocked and appalled by.
Ok, let me start from the beginning.
I listen to the Alex Jones Show almost religiously now. He and the documentary "America: Freedom to Fascism" are solely responsible for introducing me to Ron Paul. Alex Jones is total patriot radio. Anyhow, one of his sponsors for the radio show is The Calben Pure Soap Company.
Every month at least 5 people call in to the show and just go on and on about the soap and how awesome it is. So after Xmas i decided to buy a month supply from them, just to try it out and see what all the hype was about.
In the month supply you get shampoo, laundry soap, 4 bar soaps, and dish soap. What makes this soap so different is exactly in the name, it SOAP. All natural, no chemicals, perfumes or dyes. So basically organic soap.
Well i'm about 2 weeks into using it...and i fucking LOVE it!!! The bar soap for instance, i've been using a bar of it to wash my face instead of my acne wash i've been using for years. Oh my god, i have not gotten one single pimple since i started using this soap!!! I LOVE IT!!! For years and years since high school i've used i dunno how many different facial washes trying to clear my skin up so i won't get pimples anymore. I've had pimple problems forever. Now all of a sudden my skin is clear and not oily anymore! I love it!
Anyhow, when i received the soap it came with some papers explaining what each soap was made from and how many different things you can use the soap for. When i got to the sheet about the laundry soap it talked about how laundry DETERGENT had all these harsh chemicals in it and how it was real bad for the environment.
That was something i hadn't really heard before so i went and did some Google searches on the subject and was just shocked at some of the shit i found out!! I came across a website (I wish i had bookmarked it cuz now i can't seem to find it.) that had an entire chart listing all the chemicals in detergent and what negative effects it had on you.
My jaw dropped when i read one of the chemicals causes Excema, which is what i had as a child when i was in the third grade. It has effected my life profoundly because ever since then my skin has been very sensitive.
If you don't know what Excema is... it's awful!! You get these rashes all over your body (mine were more like scabs) it's like chicken pox but a million times worse! My scabs were all over, i remember the scabs i had under my knees would like stick together so it made it to where i couldn't stretch out my legs! I had these scabs around my mouth and since they stuck together it made it to where i couldn't open my mouth all the way. I had to drink through a straw and when i ate my mom had to cut up my food because i simply couldn't open my mouth! And i had to take a bath everyday in corn starch!
Believe me it was an awful experience i wouldn't wish on anyone.
But i was completely shocked to find out that laundry detergent may have been the culprit in causing my excema.
So further on i do more research on the internet. I mean it's bad, everything we use every single day has toxic chemicals in it that literally eats our brains and gives us cancer. Some popular shampoos people use every day has been shown to cause nerve damage!! It's awful!

But that gradually brought me to researching about sodium fluoride and aspartame and msg.
MY GOD!!!
From the water we drink (even if it's bottled, Aquafina admitted in August of '07 that it was just bottling tap water) to the food we eat it causes everything from migraines to even death (granted the death was a percentage of a very small number)!!!
So that brought me onto the journey of discovering the lovely fluoride in the water scandal.
Even just recently like 2 weeks ago, Scientific American put out an article basically saying yes, fluoride is bad for you, it lowers your iq, causes dental fluorosis in children, and discolors your teeth! Right now even Hawaii is trying to ban fluoridating the water supply.
Even more to my horror i found out sodium fluoride is the main ingredient in rat poison, sarin nerve gas, and Prozac. Even more disturbing is the fact that the Nazi's in the 30's put sodium fluoride in the water in the concentration camps and gave it to the Jews to sterilize them.

Then i read up on the lovely "additive" MSG, otherwise known as Monosodium Glutamate. This has been linked to everything from ADD, depression, obesity, migranes, panic disorder, fibromyalia, high blood pressure, sleep disorders, it goes on and on.
I found a wonderful and very informative site called MSGTruth.org that just has a whole treasure chest of info on msg.
MSG is in pretty much everything i've eaten for my entire life. If you eat junk food, it's in it. McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, KFC (KFC is really bad, they literally put MSG in everything they searve.) and just about every fast food place you go to puts MSG in their food. Here's a little excerpt from MSGTruth.org that says what MSG does to your brain and why fast food company's and junk food company's put MSG in their food:

"MSG tricks your tongue into making you think a certain food is high in protein and thus nutritious. It is not a "meat tenderizer". It is not a "preservative". The food industry is trying to confuse the issue by focusing on the "fifth" taste sense they call umami. Free glutamic acid is detected by the taste buds as a simple way to signal the presence of protein in a food, just as there are fat receptors to detect fats and receptors that sense carbohydrate or sweet flavors. The purpose is to help us discern real food from inedible matter. It changes your perception of not simply taste but the nutritious qualities of what you put into your mouth. However, and here is the main problem with free glutamic acid - It is the very same neurotransmitter that your brain and many organs including your ears, eyes, nervous system and pancreas in your body use to initiate certain processes in your body."

MSGTruth.org even has a page where they list what foods at what fast food place have MSG in it, and they even go further listing some products you can buy at the grocery store that have MSG in their food! It's crazy, just look:

"The following Fast Food menu items contain MSG:

The Following McDonald's® Items:
Grilled Chicken Filet
Hot and Spicy Chicken Patty
Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad
Grilled Chicken California Cobb Salad
Seasoned Beef
Sausage Scrambled Egg Mix, Sausage, and Sausage Patty
French Fries - a "seasoning" made from beef, wheat and milk, processed to break down the proteins into free amino acids like glutamate) is added to the oil the fries are precooked in. US laws allow "natural flavoring" to consist of "protein hydrolysates" containing free glutamic acid. (That's why they do it - to free glutamate to act like MSG so they can declare a "clean label" while misleading the consumer.)

The Following Burger King® Items:
Breaded Chicken Patty
Spicy Chicken Patty
Breaded Tendercrisp Chicken
Chicken Tenders
BK Chicken Fries
Garden Veggie Patty - contains hydrolyzed corn, soy and wheat - which contains free glutamate
Sausage Patty

AVOID all Ranch dressings - stick to oil and vinegar Italian
AVOID Croutons
AVOID KFC altogether - we're not kidding
AVOID Dipping Sauces

Certain food companies described in the Wall Street Journal article are experimenting on how to put more MSG in your MSG-free foods. We recommend you avoid ANY and all products from the following food companies - since they will NOT have a label that will alert you to the presence of free glutamic acid. Blatant misleading advertising.
Nestle'
Campbells
Frito-Lay
Unilever

The Mushroom Council
Ajinomoto Food Ingredients
Senomyx

The following foods contain MSG or its business end - the free amino acid glutamate - in amounts large enough to cause reactions in those sensitive to it.:

I mean even if i tried to go completely cold turkey on the MSG it's nearly impossible cuz it's in just about EVERYTHING! All the spices except for the one jar of organic ground ginger i have all has MSG in it. It's crazy! But MSG looks healthy for you compared to the shit i read about aspartame.

Yes this lovely additive (which by the way during the year aspartame was approved by the FDA after years of it not being approved, the CEO of the company that makes aspartame, the Searle Company, was non other than our darling former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld!) has a very ugly, ugly past and i'm amazed it's still used and sold as a 'sweetener'.
Just like with sodium fluoride, aspartame has a past going back to the Nazi's as well.
Aspartame was originally listed by the Pentagon as a biological warfare agent. No kidding, no joke! I could write an entire book about the history of aspartame but i won't, i'll leave that up to you to google and research on your own if you wish. Be forewarned though, it's ugly and scary.

Here is a FDA document that came out in the 90's through a freedom of information act request where it list 92 different side effects of aspartame, ranging from migraines, change in menstral patterns, hives, muscle tremors, to even death!!! The FDA originally claimed this document never existed.

So reading all of this over the last two weeks has really scared the shit out me to no end. At work now i find myself just out of simply curiosity reading labels to things i eat all the time and being completely horrified at what i find. Like after i read about aspartame, i looked at the ingredients of my gum i chew at work and low and behold "aspartame" is listed.
Our bag of Doritos in the cabinet "monosodium glutamate".
And even with fluoride in the water, even if you buy a water purifier (and even then it has to be a reverse osmosis purifier to get the fluoride out) you can't completely get away from it because it's in the water when you shower and you absorb the fluoride through your skin!
I recently even bought fluoride-free toothpaste, but even then i brush my teeth with unfiltered tap water.

Even my drink of choice, Pepsi, I read recently has horrible health risks, but they are putting TAP water into their drinks! in this article it goes through what it does to you after an hour of drinking it.
But just for documention sake, here's what happens to your body when you drink a Coke:

In The First 10 minutes: 10 teaspoons of sugar hit your system. (100% of your recommended daily intake.) You don’t immediately vomit from the overwhelming sweetness because phosphoric acid cuts the flavor allowing you to keep it down.

20 minutes: Your blood sugar spikes, causing an insulin burst. Your liver responds to this by turning any sugar it can get its hands on into fat. (There’s plenty of that at this particular moment)

40 minutes: Caffeine absorption is complete. Your pupils dilate, your blood pressure rises, as a response your livers dumps more sugar into your bloodstream. The adenosine receptors in your brain are now blocked preventing drowsiness.

45 minutes: Your body ups your dopamine production stimulating the pleasure centers of your brain. This is physically the same way heroin works, by the way.

60 minutes: The phosphoric acid binds calcium, magnesium and zinc in your lower intestine, providing a further boost in metabolism. This is compounded by high doses of sugar and artificial sweeteners also increasing the urinary excretion of calcium.

60 Minutes: The caffeine’s diuretic properties come into play. (It makes you have to pee.) It is now assured that you’ll evacuate the bonded calcium, magnesium and zinc that was headed to your bones as well as sodium, electrolyte and water.

60 minutes: As the rave inside of you dies down you’ll start to have a sugar crash. You may become irritable and/or sluggish. You’ve also now, literally, pissed away all the water that was in the Coke. But not before infusing it with valuable nutrients your body could have used for things like even having the ability to hydrate your system or build strong bones and teeth.

Yeah, so i'm a granola now. I used to make fun of the granolas but now i just realize they were more informed than I.

Paul Alleges Boondoggle on the Bayou

January 24, 2008 6:08 PMEd
ABC News' Z. Byron Wolf:

Not too many people paid too much attention to the Louisiana Caucus on Wednesday. John McCain won and Ron Paul logged his second second place finish of the primarycaucus season after his showing at the Nevada caucus last Saturday.
For Paul, R-Tex., Louisiana is really more of a third place finish since finishing ahead of the winner, John McCain, was "uncommitted pro-life."But the Paul campaign says they got second place and maybe should have gotten first. In a statement this afternoon, they allege that Paul supporters were forced to file provisional ballots even when they were pre-registered as delegates for Paul and they accuse the Louisiana Republican party of changing the rules at the last minute.
Paul campaign statement:

"The failure of the Louisiana GOP to properly determine who was and wasn't eligible to vote threw this entire process into disarray," said Ron Paul campaign manager Lew Moore. "The party needs to correct this mistake by counting all the votes immediately, and releasing the results."

Due to mistakes by the Louisiana GOP, hundreds of voters were forced to file provisional ballots, including nearly 500 that could change the outcome of the election. According to party officials, caucus locations relied on a voter list from November 1, 2007 despite the fact that under caucus rules, voters must have registered Republican by November 30, 2007.
In multiple instances, state-certified Ron Paul delegates that were on the ballot were forced to file a provisional ballot despite the fact they were pre-approved as delegates.
The Louisiana State GOP also changed the rules at the last minute to allow other candidates to file more delegates. At the time of the original January 10 deadline, Ron Paul had the largest number of delegates pledged to him. The party then changed the rules to give other candidates until January 12 to file more delegates.
It's a confusing process in Louisiana and a trip to the Louisiana Republican Party does not clear things up. They don't even assign numerical totals to show how big the gap between places one and two and three were. In fact, at the website, a statement from party chairman Roger Villere Jr. only says Paul "appear to have captured the next highest number of delegate positions."
But Villere did praise Paul's supporters for having dash.
"I applaud the supporters of Congressman Paul for their enthusiasm and superior organizational ability. Our Party needs the infusion of new activists who have both political skill and a passion for protecting the freedoms guaranteed to us by the Constitution," he said. "I left the caucus with a renewed commitment to promote our core Republican principles of limited government and individual freedom, thanks to the zeal displayed by Congressman Paul's Louisiana supporters," Villere says on the website.
According to the website, more than 10,000 Louisana Republicans met yesterday to elect delegates to their state convention. Those delegates, led by those currently lobbying for uncommitted, will ultimately award delegates to candidates for the Republican National Convention.
ABC News tried to speak to an official representative of the Louisiana Republican party, but the phone number listed on the website http://www.lagop.com rings busy.

Ron Paul is No Racist!
Stewart Rhodes
Dirt Rhodes Scholar
January 11, 2008

There is now underway a full-blown smear campaign to paint Ron Paul as a racist. First, there was the lame attempt at guilt by association, with a mere campaign contribution by some red neck racist being touted as “proof” that Ron Paul is racist. And then there were equally stupid Kevin Baconesque degrees of separation attempts to connect Ron with various so-called “hate groups.”
Now the muckrakers are dredging up ancient, obscure newsletters written by some equally obscure ghost writing employee(s) of Dr. Paul’s way back in the early 1990’s. This only tells me that Ron Paul is a real threat to the political establishment, and they are pulling out all the stops in an attempt to stop the Ron Paul Revolution.
I worked for Ron Paul, in his Washington D.C. office, in 1998-99, seeing him almost every day, and saw absolutely no indication of him being racist, and in fact, I saw many reasons to know he is not racist. I am of Hispanic decent, and quite proud of it. My family on my mother’s side were migrant farm workers and my Great-Grandfather even rode with Pancho Villa.I am also part American-Indian.
That heritage not only makes it rather difficult for anyone to smear me as somehow being a white racist (which is good for me if I am ever foolish enough to run for office), but also cuts against Ron Paul’s supposed "ties" with white supremacists and this latest smear campaign based on what some employee of his wrote fifteen years ago.
Not only am I outspoken about my heritage, I don’t work for racists and I would never have worked on Ron Paul’s staff if I had any suspicion whatsoever that he was "racist." And I wasn’t the only staff member of "mixed race." There were several others and he never gave it a second thought. One of them was a young woman who is half Panamanian, with an obvious dark complexion. If Ron Paul were some kind of racist, who thinks non-whites are inferior, why would he hire her, or me? Was it some kind of elaborate, clever cover? No. The reason he did not care about our race is because he is a libertarian who sees people as individuals, not members of groups, racial or otherwise.
There are many different segments of society who are drawn to a man like Ron Paul. People of a wide variety of backgrounds support him because people of a wide variety of backgrounds support liberty and have a fundamental distrust of excessive government power.
During my time in his office, as now in the grassroots movement, there were fundamentalist Christians (and I mean really fundamentalist), working right next to proud and opinionated atheists. There were budhists, anarcho-capitalists, Big L Libertarians, objectivists, old school "Reagan" conservatives, and people of all manner of ethnic background, all working side-by-side. I have even seen gay people in those circles. They did not agree on many things, or even like each other, to be blunt, but whatever their personal background or orientation, they all saw value in working for a strict constitutionalist and a man of deep principle and courage.
They were and are all part of the broader Freedom Movement – which contains a very eclectic mix of people who all share a desire for liberty. But as eclectic and diverse as his staff was in other ways, I never knew anyone on his staff to be racist, and I think it is because racists are so directly at odds with Ron Paul’s philosophy of individual rights - such people just would not have fit in. Racists are collectivists, who see people as members of groups only, rather than as individuals. Such a viewpoint is fundamentally incompatible with libertarianism. As Ron Paul himself notes:
Racism is simply an ugly form of collectivism, the mindset that views humans strictly as members of groups rather than as individuals. Racists believe that all individuals who share superficial physical characteristics are alike: as collectivists, racists think only in terms of groups.
You can read the rest of his statement about racism at http://www.ronpaul2008.com/issues/racism/
White Power Nazis are no exception to the rule that racists are collectivists, being, after-all, national SOCIALISTS. Such people are not only my permanent enemies because I am not pure white, as they have sworn me their enemy, they are also my ideological enemies - as much as any Marxist - because their beliefs are entirely incompatible with the concepts of individual liberty, personal self determination, and reason that is the heart of libertarianism. That makes them Ron Paul’s ideological enemies as well because Ron Paul is a libertarian’s libertarian.
But some of these collectivist racists now at least claim to support Ron Paul. Why? I suspect for the same reason the far left collectivist anti war protester does. There is something they fear or detest so much in the current Federal government that they are willing to support a man who clearly does not agree with them on fundamental philosophical principles. I’ll bet the far lefty anti war protester and the White Power skin head consider each other mortal enemies, but they both support the same man for very similar reasons. Fear of excessive government power, and a desire to return to more limited government under the Constitution makes for strange political combinations sometimes.
If Ron Paul is somehow racist because some racists support him, does that make him a socialist lefty hippy because some far left anti war hippy supports him? Does it make the lefty hippy a racist too, because he supports Ron right along with the skin-head? There are also gay people who support Ron Paul. Does that make Ron gay? Does that make the Nazi guy gay too, or a "gay lover" because he also supports Ron? No, of course not.
People from all of those backgrounds support Ron Paul because they all have a desire to return to Constitutional government. Though they don’t agree with Ron Paul on everything, they fear what comes from unconstitutional government.
It would be absurd to say that the Constitution and Bill of Rights are racist, gay, atheist, socialist, or whatever because people of those persuasions value and support those documents. The same is true for Dr. Paul because he is the Champion of the Constitution. What all those people really support is not a man, as much as it is the Constitution itself.
It seems that even racist dumb asses prefer the Constitution, at least for now (that is how dangerous the federal government has become!). I have my suspicions about their professed devotion to the Constitution, since their world view really is so collectivist, but I’m not going to reject the Constitution or Ron Paul just because the racist idiots don’t realize that a restoration of the Constitution will not get them to their mythical "White America" like they may hope. What it will do is get us all to a place of liberty and justice for all, and the racists can then whither away like the outdated fools they are.
The latest smear against Ron Paul stemming from the old newsletters written by some employee.
Despite the fact that racism is incompatible with libertarianism, I have in fact known some people (thankfully few) who like to call themselves libertarians who are racist - there are stupid bigots in any movement –and just as we have seen that there are even some self-professed racists who express support for Ron Paul, it would not surprise me if at some point in Ron Paul’s long career in the Freedom Movement such a closet, collectivist racist was able to worm his way into working for Ron.
Ron Paul does not interrogate all of his new hires on their view on race. In hindsight we can say that he should have been more careful in monitoring what his employees wrote long ago, and no doubt he has since become far more careful about watching what goes out with his name on it. But Ron Paul, being a sincere libertarian, is a very hands-off kind of guy, as Tucker Carlson noted in his recent article, and perhaps a bit too trusting by assuming that the people who work for him will be consistent, principled libertarians just as he is.
As I noted above, that is usually a fair and accurate assumption, and I never heard one racist comment from any staff. But it is certainly possible that one or two racist jerks slipped through the cracks. As I said, every movement has its idiots. As a case in point, look at Eric Dondero who used to work for Ron but after 9-11 transformed into a raving Kool-Aid drinking, Bush cheerleading, torture loving, warmongering neocon when it comes to the war on terror. Who would have known he was such a raving maniac? No doubt about it, that idiot had to have said, written, or done something that was embarrassing to Ron while working for him.
I have seen nothing, in all my interactions with Ron Paul, to ever suggest to me that he himself is racist. To the contrary, I have every reason to know he is not. And the same goes for his supposed hatred of gays. That is also total hogwash. Ron Paul does not care what someone is. He sees us all as individuals with God given rights. If you value liberty and the Constitution, then you are Ron Paul’s brother or sister in liberty, whatever your color, creed, or sexual preference.
This smear campaign reminds me of how the whole militia movement of the 1990’s was smeared as racist, even when some of the leadership in that movement was non-white. It also reminds me of how the Branch Davidian victims of government abuse were portrayed by the vast majority of media reports as being a bunch of religious extremist white people with guns, with the not-so-subtle implication that they too were racist. Most Americans thus never knew that the majority of the Branch Davidians were in fact non-white. There were an estimated 40 blacks in that homestead church of 120 members, and among the Blacks killed in the fire were Wayne Martin, a 42-year-old Harvard trained lawyer and four of his seven children. There were also entire families of Hispanics and Asians among them, and many mixed-race marriages and children. But the facts never stop the media or the wanna-be media in the blogosphere. Racism in general, and especially antisemitism, has always been the smear of choice against the Freedom Movement.
This is just a desperate attempt by a desperate establishment to silence this resurgent freedom movement by smearing Ron Paul with the same old smear of choice, racism.

Ron Paul Votes Not Counted In New Hampshire District

Major allegations of vote fraud in New Hampshire are circulating after Hillary Clinton reversed a mammoth pre-polling deficit to defeat Barack Obama with the aid of Diebold electronic voting machines, while confirmed votes for Ron Paul in the Sutton district were not even counted.

Ron Paul Votes Not Counted In New Hampshire District Vote fraud confirmed, Clinton reversed mammoth pre-polling deficit to beat Obama, Diebold machines aid Giuliani, Romney

According to a voter in Sutton, New Hampshire , three of her family members voted for Ron Paul, yet when she checked the voting map on the Politico website, the total votes for Ron Paul were zero.
It's not as if Sutton had a handful of voters like some other districts - a total of 386 people voted yet we are led to believe that not one voted for Ron Paul? Judging by the Iowa results, around 10% of residents would be expected to vote for the Congressman, returning a total of around 38 votes in this district. Let's be ultra-conservative and say just 5% support Paul - he'd still get 19 votes - but he got absolutely none whatsoever. Is there something wrong with this picture?

Greenville also tallied 144 votes yet not one for Congressman Paul.
Anyone else in Sutton who voted for Ron Paul needs to go public immediately with the charge of vote fraud and make it known that they were cheated out of their right to vote.
Diebold voting machines also did Congressman Paul no favors last night - compared to hand counted ballots Giuliani gained just short of 0.5% from electronic voting whereas Paul lost over 2%, which was the difference between finishing 4th and 5th, as this graph documents .
Mitt Romney profited the most from the Diebold swing, he received 7% more votes compared to hand counted ballots.
In the Democratic race the Diebold voting machines clearly swung the primary in Hillary Clinton's favor at the expense of Barack Obama, who had a commanding lead over the New York Senator going into the contest.
Zogby polling numbers had Obama leading Clinton by a whopping 42/29 per cent, yet Clinton eventually took the primary by three per cent.
"If I was Barack Obama, I'd certainly not have conceded this election this quickly," writes The Brad Blog . "I'm not quite sure what he was thinking. And as far as offering an indication of whether he understands how these systems work, and the necessity of making sure that votes are counted, and counted accurately, it does not offer a great deal of confidence at this hour."
"While I have no evidence at this time --- let me repeat, no evidence at this time --- of chicanery, what we do know is that chicanery, with this particular voting system, is not particularly difficult. Particularly when one private company --- and a less-than-respectable one at that, as I detailed in the previous post --- runs the entire process."
Clinton would not have beat Obama without the aid of Diebold voting machines. In precincts where electronic voting machines were used, Clinton got a 7% swing over Obama , having gained 5% in comparison to hand-counted ballots and Obama losing 2%.
As we reported yesterday , the contract for programming all of New Hampshire's Diebold voting machines, which combined counted 81 per cent of the vote yesterday, is owned by LHS Associates, whose owner John Silvestro has gone to great lengths to deflect accusations that the machines can easily be rigged.
After purchasing a Diebold 1.94w machine, the same system used in New Hampshire, a computer repair shop employee picked at random by Black Box Voting was able to zero in on the system's vulnerable memory card within just ten minutes. Hacking expert Harri Hursti testified in front of the New Hampshire legislature that the machines were wide open to fraud.

Ron Paul Cut from Debates
By David KnowlesJan 2nd 2008 8:14AM

With the primary election season finally (mercifully) about to begin, two networks have given Ron Paul supporters a legitimate issue over which to cry "media conspiracy!" The two conglomerates in question, FOX and ABC, have summarily decided to exclude some candidates from forthcoming debates. While Paul may or may not make the roster for Saturday's ABC debate, he's definitely not being invited to Fox's on Sunday. Though Paul continues to lead the big AOL straw poll, proving that his followers spend more time online than any of the other candidates', the more traditional telephone surveys have not shown him attaining double digit levels of approval. But is that the whole story?

Paul fans are particularly irate with Fox News, who seems to have pulled the plug on their man primarily because they don't agree with his ideas. How else to explain including Fred Thompson, the man who doesn't especially want to be president, at their January 6 round-table forum, while excluding Paul? While out-raising the entire GOP field in 4th-quarter fundraising with a total of over $19 million, Paul positively crushed Thompson, and "The Tennessee Stud's" poll numbers in Iowa and New Hampshire aren't exactly stellar.

The New Hampshire Republican Party isn't happy about Fox's decision, either. State party Chairman Fergus Cullen explains:

"...the New Hampshire Republican Party calls upon all media organizations planning pre-primary debates or forums for both parties to include all recognized major candidates in their events. The New Hampshire Republican Party has notified Fox News of our position..."

Fox isn't the only network to run afoul of the Paul campaign. Adding to the controversy, ABC has also decided to winnow the number of candidates on stage at a January 5th debate. This time, Paul may or may not make the cut. ABC's reasons, at least, seem somewhat more scientific.

The network has set new criteria for the debate, with candidates needing to meet one of three criteria: placing fiifh through fourth in the Iowa Caucuses, polling at higher than 5% in one of the last four major New Hampsshire polls, or polling at 5% or higher in one of the last four national polls.

While ABC is really just doing what a responsible media organization should, the motives behind Fox's preemptive decision to cut Ron Paul seem a touch more dubious. Paul and his fans have long been something of a thorn in Fox's backside. Following the previous Fox debates, they had the audacity to pick up the telephone and declare that Paul had done better than any of the other candidates, thereby winning each call-in poll. And, in one of the more memorable exchanges this year, Paul was asked by an incredulous Chris Wallace, "Are you running for the nomination of the wrong party?" Let's suppose for a moment that Paul comes in fourth in Iowa, ahead of Thompson? Would Fox still hold firm with its decision to exclude "Dr. No"? Stay tuned, Dear Viewers.

Monday, December 31, 2007

Hey, hi, and hello. Ok, ok, no blogging about Ron Paul today, unless i see some youtube video i like or hear anything otherwise. Well, it's the last day of the year and i figure i should take some time to reflect on the past year, cuz it's kind of felt like a big one for me.
I've learned to be more honest with myself and with the people i love. I have morphed from a self proclaimed liberal to a full on libertarian.
Ok, now this is where i'm gonna get into Ron Paul but it's just about how much he has impacted my life and opened my eyes and made me really, truly appreciate the truth.
Ya know the old saying,"and the truth shall set you free"? I remember Aaron wrote that in my "Crossfire: The Men Who Killed JFK", and that book along with a lot of other things did set me free when i found out all this suppressed information about what happened on the day, that even back then the mainstream media never told the American people.
A lot of people have coined the phase "Dr. Paul cured my apathy" and that's really what Ron Paul has done for me. I started finding out a lot of things that is leading the country deeper and deeper into, what Ron Paul calls "soft fascism" like the income tax, the IRS hand in hand with the Federal Reserve (which really isn't federal it's private) the NAFTA superhighway, the Military Commissions ACT, Patriot act 2, it just goes on and on.
Naomi Wolf, who is a hero to the left has wrote a beautiful peace called "The 10 Steps To Fascism" and in the piece she names every step, and we have crossed every one.
ya won't hear that on the nightly news.
Anyhow, i can't help but go back to the George Orwell quote over and over again,"In a world of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act."
And that is exactly what Ron Paul has done. People ask him how he got to raise so much money, but he hardly gets any coverage in the press, it's because the people that do listen to what he has to say are fucking blown away, cuz he's simply telling the truth.
And because of that, it's made me embrace the truth more and more in my life.
I mean just over the weekend i finally got enough balls together to finally ask justin a question about something that has been bothering me since the second we got together, cuz i knew in my heart of hearts there was something he wasn't telling me.
And i finally got the truth from him over the weekend, and ya know what? I felt like it did set me free, i feel this huge ugly cloud that had been hanging over me for 5 years just go away.
Granted there could of been a lot different ways i could of brought it up or handled it, but i was really at a loss on how to ever bring it up to him. No matter how i brought it up, it would of started a fight.
Finally, i just didn't care anymore if it did start a fight or not, it wouldn't be the first fight we've had.

When it comes to being told the truth anymore, i starve for it. ya watch the mainstream news everyday like i do, and behind the tiger story in California, is a story about the Mexican government wanting an id card for all it's workers, which just happens to have a microchip in every card.

Anyhow, it's also been a scary year. My brother almost died from a diabetic coma. My father had 2 mild heart attacks. My youngest daughter started pre-school (with no help from me but her uncle). Justin's mom moved away, which has been interesting from a bystanders point of view on how their family is handling it.
For me personally though, i feel like the year 2007 has been a giant awakening for me. This year i researched more into the JFK assassination and that vital piece of truth that our government is still with holding from us still eludes me, and a lot of other Americans for that matter.
Because of Alex Jones and Ron Paul i actually read the Constitution and the Bill Of Rights. I pretty much read it everyday now, like a Jesus Freak would read the Bible everyday.
The history of the founding of our country, and what lead up to that beautiful day of the signing of the Declaration of Independence fascinates me now.

I truly believe that to cause any real change in this country like a lot of us crave, we need to bring back the spirit of the American Revolution and stand up to tyranny. Do you know the revolution was only fought by 3% of the people?
That's why i have the Sam Adams (no not the beer) quote on my blog,"It does not require a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority keen to set brush fires in people's minds."
I was telling justin over the weekend, i can no longer vote for the lesser of two evils anymore. Not after someone so bravely and boldly like Ron Paul has run and has spoken out against tyranny, i can no longer vote for the lesser of two evils. NO more.
I can no longer live with myself and be happy with my conscience if i allow myself to vote for someone who will bring more of the same. And that's exactly what we will get if a Ron Paul or a Mike Gravel or a Dennis Kucinich does not get into office.
Happy New Year, i'm sick of writing now :-D Goodbye....

Ron Paul: US moving toward "soft fascism"

Gore Vidal - Opinion: Ron Paul gains, Neocons weaker

New York Times Retracts Ron Paul Racist Smear
New York Times December 27, 2007

A post in The Medium that appeared on Monday about the Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul and his purported adoption by white supremacist and neo-Nazi groups contained several errors.
Stormfront, which describes itself as a "white nationalist" Internet community, did not give money to Ron Paul's presidential campaign; according to Jesse Benton, a spokesman for Paul's campaign, it was Don Black, the founder of Stormfront, who donated $500 to Paul.

The original post also repeated a string of assertions by Bill White, the commander of the American National Socialist Workers Party, including the allegation that Paul meets regularly "with members of the Stormfront set, American Renaissance, the Institute for Historic Review and others" at a restaurant in Arlington, Va. Paul never attended these dinners, according to Benton, who also says that Paul has never knowingly met Bill White.
Norman Singleton, a congressional aide in Paul's office, says that he met Bill White at a dinner gathering of conservatives several years ago, after which Singleton expressed his indignation at the views espoused by White to the organizer of the dinner. The original post should not have been published with these unverified assertions and without any response from Paul.

Estulin: Neo-Cons Behind Potential Hit On Ron Paul Investigative reporter goes further on last week's revelations
Prison Planet December 23, 2007 Paul Joseph Watson

Investigative reporter Daniel Estulin has gone further with his bombshell revelation first voiced last week that political insiders are considering a plot to assassinate Ron Paul, today identifying the Neo-Con camp as being behind the potential hit.
Appearing on The Alex Jones Show, Estulin said that his sources for the information were real patriots who love America and are desperate to see the truth get out, but that he always took the precaution of getting verification from more than one individual on each piece of information he releases.
"What I said about Ron Paul last week came from two different people who don't know each other," said Estulin, adding that his source had in turn got the information from sources within the Neo-Con camp and that it was individuals from within the Neo-Con camp that are considering what would happen if Ron Paul was assassinated.

Estulin stressed that to elaborate any further he would need to seek permission from those giving him the information to retain their confidence and trust.
"I am getting information from my sources that there are people involved from a higher level of the American establishment who are seriously considering - this has not been confirmed - but assassination is definitely on the agenda and I pray to God that this is not the case," Estulin first told Jones last week.
As we reported following the initial release of the information, Estulin, author of the global bestseller The True Story of the Bilderberg Group , described the concept as a "trial balloon from the inner core within the inner core - it hasn't gone beyond that but it is obviously on the table because I think needless to say they are very much concerned," he added.
Ron Paul himself has stated on a previous o ccasion that he is aware of the dangers of being such a bold icon for freedom and understands that political assassinations have occurred in the past.
In a June appearance on The Alex Jones Show, Congressman Paul acknowledged that such a threat is "real," agreeing with a number of historical examples where leaders were killed or attacked for successfully standing up to the system. "That's right. They'll do it," Paul said, making reference with Alex Jones to upstarts like Andrew Jackson, "The Kingfish" Huey Long, Bobby Kennedy, George Washington and even George Wallace.
Another secret service source told Estulin that the message scrolled across the bottom of the screen during Ron Paul's CNN interview on Tuesday, "Paul is dead, Paul is dead, Paul is dead," was potentially more than just a matter of quoting a joke made by Mike Huckabee about attacks on his campaign ads, but in fact could be taken as a threat or even a cue to Paul's would-be assassin.
Estulin noted that a similar thing occurred before the assassination of Robert Kennedy in 1968, but was quick to caution that he could not confirm the authenticity of the judgment that this was related to the consideration of a plot to kill the Congressman.

Clinton seizes opportunity after crisis
By: David Paul Kuhn Dec 1, 2007 12:56 AM EST
Clinton's appearances showed the campaign's White House experience.

Friday afternoon began with possible tragedy: a hostage crisis at Hillary Rodham Clinton’s campaign office in Rochester, N.H.As the incident unfolded, Clinton’s campaign closed its doors and canceled her public appearances.
But nightfall brought a happy ending: the campaign workers safe, the man in police custody — and the New York senator flying to the scene to express thanks.
The hostage-taking itself offered a rare, if small, genuine drama in a campaign season governed by strict schedules and scripted stump speeches.
And as soon as it ended, Clinton took full advantage of the opportunity she had unexpectedly been handed.
In her New Hampshire press conference, she stood before a column of police in green and tan uniforms. She talked of meeting with hostages. She mentioned that she spoke to the state’s governor about eight minutes after the incident began. The scene was one of a woman in charge.
“It looked and sounded presidential,” said Larry Sabato, director of the University of Virginia Center for Politics. “This was an instance of the White House experience of this campaign. They knew how to handle this.”
That the crisis was outside Clinton's control gave it a rare quality in this era of hyper-controlled politicking, Sabato added.“What’s most important about it is that it’s not contrived,” he said. “It’s a real event and that distinguishes it from 99 percent of what happens in the campaign season.”
Clinton’s campaign has long been dogged by key questions: Is she authentic, does she genuinely have the experience to be president and is the country ready for a woman as commander-in-chief — especially during wartime?
“She has never run anything. And the idea that she could learn to be president as an internship just doesn’t make any sense,” former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, a Republican, said in one campaign ad.Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani has argued the same line.
“I don’t know Hillary’s experience,” Giuliani has said. “She’s never run a city, she's never run a state. She’s never run a business. She has never met a payroll. She has never been responsible for the safety and security of millions of people, much less even hundreds of people.”
Looking the part
Friday presented Clinton with a moment to look the part of president.“You had one of these breaking news stories ... and so everybody was glued to the set,” said Robert Thompson, founding director of the Bleier Center for Television and Popular Culture at Syracuse University. “She got on TV and provided a sense of closure and executive cool. It is like how Giuliani used television during his crisis.
“There was a sense that this was a dress rehearsal of how she was going to deal with ... crisis as president,” Thompson added.
In her two public appearances after the hostages were freed, she was stern, but she also spoke of the concerns she felt as a mother, admitting to a “horrible sense of bewilderment” and “outrage.”
Her decision to express her personal anxieties offered a window into how she may veer into territory men avoid — personal feelings during a possible public tragedy.
The personal has at times been hard to find in Clinton. She heads the largest and most manicured of all operations.
Her campaign has an especially organized staff that surrounds her. She stays on script and she stays on schedule. Even as she flew to New Hampshire on Friday evening, she was planning to return to Iowa on Saturday in order to keep on schedule.
What the hostage incident offered Clinton was a brief reprieve from the petty narrative of her versus Illinois Sen. Barack Obama, a break from what at times has devolved to intraparty bickering.
“Voters look for opportunities to see how candidates react in crisis,” Sabato said. “And this was a mini crisis.”

John F. Kennedy 1917-1963

Let us not forget what we lost 44 years ago tomorrow.

Until we are told the truth about what happened on November 22, 1963 in Dallas Texas, everything we build our country on is a lie. Everything we are told to believe should be questioned, because if they still haven't told us the truth about what happened to John F. Kennedy, how are we to believe what they are telling us today is really the truth?

"Crazy" By Gnarls Barkley

I remember when, I remember, I remember when I lost my mind
There was something so pleasant about that place.
Even your emotions had an echo
In so much space
And when you're out there
Without care,Yeah, I was out of touch
But it wasn't because I didn't know enough
I just knew too much
Does that make me crazy
Does that make me crazy
Does that make me crazy
Possibly Probably
And I hope that you are having the time of your life
But think twice, that's my only advice
Come on now, who do you, who do you, who do you, who do you think you are,
Ha ha ha bless your soul
You really think you're in control
Well, I think you're crazy
I think you're crazy
I think you're crazy
Just like me
My heroes had the heart to Lose their lives out on a limb
And all I remember is thinking, I want to be like them
Ever since I was little, ever since I was little it looked like fun
And it's no coincidence I've come
And I can die when I'm done
Maybe I'm crazy
Maybe you're crazy
Maybe we're crazy
Possibly

"The Revolution" By Chris de Burgh

Wake up boys, there's a light at the window,
I can hear someone knocking on the door,
There are voices in the street,
And the sound of running feet,
And they whisper the word --"Revolution!"
There are men coming down from the valleys,
There are tall ships lying off the coast,
And they carry the light,
In the dark of the night,
Like a whisper in the wind --"Revolution!"
Bring my gun and a handful of silver,
By the sea we will gather for the fight,
It's been so many years,
So many tears,
We have lost once before,
Now we'll settle the score,
When our cannons will roar --"Revolution!"
Watch and Wait get ready for the sign
There are many here among us now have not seen the light
We must send the word to all the people in the land
Go To Every hill and mountain for the time is now at hand to
Light Your Fire
Light Your Fire

Paul's reported one-day haul: more than $4.2 million
With months of planning he says he taps into more than 22,000 donors on the internet, but still lags way back in polls.

From the Associated Press
November 6, 2007

WASHINGTON -- Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul, aided by an extraordinary outpouring of Internet support Monday, claimed to haul in more than $4.2 million in nearly 24 hours.Paul's reported total deposed Mitt Romney as the single-day fundraising record holder in the Republican presidential field.
When it comes to sums amassed in one day, Paul now ranks behind only Democrats Hillary Rodham Clinton and Barack Obama. Paul, the Texas congressman with a libertarian tilt and an out-of-Iraq pitch, entered such heady fundraising territory with a surge of Web-based giving tied to Guy Fawkes Day. Fawkes was a British mercenary who failed in his attempt to kill King James I on Nov. 5, 1605.

He also was the model for the protagonist in the 2005 movie "V for Vendetta," which was adapted from David Lloyd's graphic novel of the same name. Paul backers motivated Internet donors by posting mashed-up clips of the film on YouTube. Paul spokesman Jesse Benton said backers began the effort independently about two months ago.

He said Paul picked up on the movement, mentioning it in speeches and interviews. "It's been kind of building up virally," Benton said. The $3.5 million, he said, represented online contributions from more than 22,000 donors. Paul has lagged way back in the polls behind Republican front- runners.

But he captured national attention at the end of September when he reported raising $5.2 million in three months, putting him fourth among Republican presidential candidates in fundraising for the quarter. As of Monday, Paul had raised $6.3 million since Oct. 1, more than half his goal of $12 million by the end of the year, according to his website.

The 72-year-old Paul advocates limited government and low taxes like other Republicans, but he stands alone as the only GOP presidential candidate opposed to the Iraq war.

He also has opposed Bush administration security measures that he says encroach on civil liberties.

MARTIN SHEEN questions 9/11

Dennis Kucinich's UFO

I don't have to tell you things are bad. Everybody knows things are bad. It's a depression. Everybody's out of work or scared of losing their job. The dollar buys a nickel's work, banks are going bust, shopkeepers keep a gun under the counter. Punks are running wild in the street and there's nobody anywhere who seems to know what to do, and there's no end to it. We know the air is unfit to breathe and our food is unfit to eat, and we sit watching our TV's while some local newscaster tells us that today we had fifteen homicides and sixty-three violent crimes, as if that's the way it's supposed to be. We know things are bad - worse than bad. They're crazy. It's like everything everywhere is going crazy, so we don't go out anymore. We sit in the house, and slowly the world we are living in is getting smaller, and all we say is, 'Please, at least leave us alone in our living rooms. Let me have my toaster and my TV and my steel-belted radials and I won't say anything. Just leave us alone.' Well, I'm not gonna leave you alone. I want you to get mad! I don't want you to protest. I don't want you to riot - I don't want you to write to your congressman because I wouldn't know what to tell you to write. I don't know what to do about the depression and the inflation and the Russians and the crime in the street. All I know is that first you've got to get mad.
You've got to say, 'I'm a HUMAN BEING, Goddamnit! My life has VALUE!' So I want you to get up now. I want all of you to get up out of your chairs. I want you to get up right now and go to the window. Open it, and stick your head out, and yell, 'I'M AS MAD AS HELL, AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANYMORE!' I want you to get up right now, sit up, go to your windows, open them and stick your head out and yell - 'I'm as mad as hell and I'm not going to take this anymore!' Things have got to change. But first, you've gotta get mad!... You've got to say, 'I'm as mad as hell, and I'm not going to take this anymore!' Then we'll figure out what to do about the depression and the inflation and the oil crisis. But first get up out of your chairs, open the window, stick your head out, and yell, and say it: "I'M AS MAD AS HELL, AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANYMORE!"

We Are Change NYC Confronts Norman Podhoretz!!

This video is great! Norman Podhoretz is a neo con who signed the PNAC documents back in the late 90's. He is also the foreign policy adviser to the Rudy Giuliani campaign, that alone should tell you a lot about the Giuliani campaign. He's speaking at a Barns and Noble in NYC and it's the question and answer period and tons of people from the We Are Change organization (the same organization that infiltrated the Bill Maher Show, only the NYC branch) just hits this guy with tough question after tough question! It's beautiful, and the hate and disrespect he spews out to the We Are Change people is crazy! Total Neo Con trash!

Look at the hate we're breeding
Look at the fear we're feeding
Look at the lives we're leading
The way we've always done before
My hands are tied
The billions shift from side to side
And the wars go on with brainwashed pride
For the love of God and our human rights
And all these things are swept aside
By bloody hands time can't deny
And are washed away by your genocide
And history hides the lies of our civil wars
D'you wear a black armband
When they shot the man
Who said "Peace could last forever"
And in my first memories
They shot Kennedy
I went numb when I learned to see
So I never fell for Vietnam
We got the wall of D.C. to remind us all
That you can't trust freedom
When it's not in your hands
When everybody's fightin'
For their promised land
And I don't need your civil war
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor
Your power hungry sellin' soldiers
In a human grocery store
Ain't that fresh
I don't need your civil war
Look at the shoes your filling
Look at the blood we're spilling
Look at the world we're killing
The way we've always done before
Look in the doubt we've wallowed
Look at the leaders we've followed
Look at the lies we've swallowed
And I don't want to hear no more
My hands are tied
For all I've seen has changed my mind
But still the wars go on as the years go by
With no love of God or human rights
'Cause all these dreams are swept aside
By bloody hands of the hypnotized
Who carry the cross of homicide
And history bears the scars of our civil wars
I don't need your civil war
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor
Your power hungry sellin' soldiers
In a human grocery store
Ain't that fresh
And I don't need your civil war
I don't need your civil war
I don't need your civil war
Your power hungry sellin' soldiers
In a human grocery store
Ain't that fresh
I don't need your civil war
I don't need one more war
I don't need one more war
Whaz so civil 'bout war anyway

Ron Paul CSPAN Washington Journal Interview 1 of 3 10-12-07

Ron Paul : CSPAN Washington Journal Interview 2 of 3 10-12-2

Ron Paul CSPAN Washington Journal Interview 3 of 3 10-12-07

Ron Paul 2008!!! I love this interview! After the last debate and the last few interviews i've seen with Ron Paul i am convinced that he is our only hope for any kind of real change. Everybody has been screaming for a revolution, even my mother for fucks sake!! If you want a revolution, support Ron Paul. Plain and simple. Hillary, Obama, Edwards, all of them on the left aren't gonna change anything they're just gonna give you more of the same. The definition of a revolution is "a drastic and far-reaching change in ways of thinking and behaving". That's exactly what Ron Paul stands for if you listen to him. Or just go on supporting your Democrats who are just gonna get us into another war with Iran (Hillary!!)

Ron Paul interviewed on NORML (part 1 of 2)

Ron Paul on why we're in Iraq

Ron Paul on congressional authorization to go to war

Vote Ron Paul 2008!!! Yet again, he's the only one on either side, Republican or Democrat who has any rational train of thought and common sense.

my heart strings have been tugged at for long enough now. The last 3 days have been just a numb feeling of disbelief.

I saw the most heart breaking thing in my life thus far tonight.

My brother... my brother in the hospital, just in total and complete pain. I never felt so helpless in my whole life. I'm scared for him. I don't even know what to write in here now, a minute ago i was just swirling with emotion and thoughts to write down, and now that i'm typing away i don't know how to explain how i feel. Numb is the only way i can describe it.

if i could have any wish right now, i'd trade places with aaron in a heartbeat. I'd rather it be me, i'd rather be the one in the hospital in pain than aaron.

with first my dad's mild heart attack, and just the thought of how lucky and how close he came to a full on heart attack and god forbid what that would of resulted in the end.

Now aaron...

i can't dwell on this stuff, my mind is so tired from thinking and worrying so much. I'm mentally exhausted...

everywhere i look, i see stuff that reminds me of aaron and how he makes me smile.

I just want to tell him how sorry i am for all the times i was a bitch to him....

no tears to cry, no feelings left..

this species has amused itself to death...

I can't sleep... i have a headache that won't cease... my dad had a mild heart attack yesterday...
why do parents have to get old? Why does life drop to such dreaded lows?

"The Flowers" By Regina Spektor

The flowers you gave me are rotting
and still I refuse to throw them away.
Some of the bulbs never opened quite fully
They might so i'm waiting and staying awake.
Things I have loved i'm allowed to keep
I'll never know if I go to sleep.
The papers around me are piling
and twisting regina the paper back mummy
what then.
I'm taking the knife to the books that I own
and chopping and chopping
and boiling soup from stone.
Things I have loved i'm allowed to keep.
I'll never know if I go to sleep.
Things I have loved i'm allowed to keep.
I'll never know if I go to sleep.
